Our passion is early childhood education.


Trabajamos Head Start provides preschool education and support to families. Our goal is to deliver an array of community support for children and families that address the individual needs of each child and family. That is why we encourage parents to get an early start on their child’s educational journey by enrolling them in an early learning program.

Our program is designed for all family types with varying needs. Trabajamos is organized in three categories: Head Start, Child Care, and a combination of Head Start and Child Care. All three provide the same parallel of quality development for children, however, the income guidelines are different, and some of the support services may vary.

Head Start is a federally funded government program that provides quality care for children ages 3 to 5, and services are free for income eligible families.

Child Care is a state funded program that provides quality care for children ages 3 to 5. There is a weekly fee that is applied; parents must work or be enrolled in school or training and meet the income guidelines, along with other requirements.
